利用規約

この規約は、ゲーム「Spellfuse」（以下「本アプリ」）を使うときの決まりです。本アプリを使うと、この規約に同意したものとみなします。運営者は Seven Seas Flower です。

1. 使ってよい範囲

  • 本アプリは、自分で遊ぶために使えます。
  • 本アプリの絵・音・文・プログラムの権利は、運営者または権利を持つ人にあります（フォントなど、使わせてもらっているものは「クレジット」に書いてあります）。
  • 本アプリで作った動画や画面の写しは、SNS への投稿など、個人の楽しみの範囲で自由に使えます。

2. 購入

  • 製品版（700 円）と「図鑑の開放」（500 円）は、App Store・Google Play・Steam の決まりに従って購入します（価格は App Store・Google Play のもの。Steam 版は Steam のストアのページの価格です）。値段と内容は、購入の画面と「特定商取引法に基づく表記」に書いてあります。
  • 返金は各ストアの決まりに従います。
  • 一度購入したものは、同じストアのアカウントで［購入を復元］できます。

3. ランキング

ランキングでは、次のことをしないでください。

  • 改造・ツール・通信の書きかえなどで、ありえない記録を登録すること
  • ほかの人の遊びや、サーバーの動きを妨げること

運営者は、不正と判断した記録を、知らせずに非表示にしたり消したりすることがあります。

4. 改善要望・不具合報告

  • 改善要望・不具合報告には、できるだけ返事をしますが、すべてに返事をするとはかぎりません。
  • 送っていただいた案を、ゲームを良くするために使うことがあります。そのとき、お礼や対価はお支払いしません。
  • ほかの人を傷つける内容や、大量の送信はしないでください。

5. サービスの変更と停止

運営者は、ランキングなどのオンラインの機能を、変更・中断・終了することがあります。終了するときは、できるだけ前もってお知らせします。端末の中で遊ぶ部分は、オンラインの機能がなくても遊べます。

6. 責任

運営者は、本アプリが正しく動くように努めます。ただし、運営者に故意または重い過失がある場合を除き、本アプリを使ったことで生じた損害について、責任を負わないものとします（消費者契約法など、法律で認められない範囲は除きます）。

7. 規約の変更

規約を変えたときは、版と日付を改めます。変更のあとに本アプリを使うと、新しい規約に同意したものとみなします。

この規約は日本の法律に従います。

Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the game "Spellfuse" (the "App"). By using the App you agree to them. The App is operated by Seven Seas Flower.

1. Use

  • You may use the App for your own play.
  • The art, sound, text and code of the App belong to us or to their right holders (materials we use under licence, such as fonts, are listed in "Credits").
  • You may freely use clips and screenshots made with the App for personal purposes such as posting on social media.

2. Purchases

  • The Full Game (700 yen) and "Unlock the whole codex" (500 yen) are purchased under the rules of the App Store, Google Play or Steam (App Store and Google Play prices; Steam prices are shown on the Steam store page). Prices and contents are shown on the purchase screen and in the "Specified Commercial Transactions Act" notice.
  • Refunds follow the rules of each store.
  • Purchases can be restored with "Restore purchases" using the same store account.

3. Rankings

In rankings, please do not:

  • Submit impossible records using modifications, tools or altered network traffic
  • Disturb other players or the operation of the server

We may hide or delete records we judge to be cheated, without notice.

4. Feedback and bug reports

  • We try to reply to feedback and bug reports, but cannot promise to answer every message.
  • We may use your ideas to improve the game, without payment or credit.
  • Please do not send abusive content or large numbers of messages.

5. Changes to and ending of the service

We may change, suspend or end online features such as rankings. We will give notice in advance where possible. The parts you play on your device work without the online features.

6. Liability

We do our best to make the App work correctly. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage arising from use of the App (except where such limitation is not permitted by law, such as Japan's Consumer Contract Act).

7. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update their version and date. Using the App after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
