特定商取引法に基づく表記

特定商取引に関する法律 第 11 条（通信販売についての広告）および同施行規則に基づき、ゲーム「Spellfuse」（以下「本アプリ」）のアプリ内の購入について、次のとおり表記します。

販売価格

各商品の購入の画面に表示された金額（消費税込み）です。App Store・Google Play での価格は次のとおりです。

  • 製品版（フロア 2〜5 の開放）: 700 円
  • 図鑑の開放（図鑑のすべてのデータの開放）: 500 円

どちらも 1 回きりの購入で、月額の料金はありません。2 つは別の商品で、どちらかを買っても、もう一方は含まれません。日本以外の国・地域の価格は、各ストアの価格の表に従い、購入の画面に表示されます。Steam 版（本体と DLC）の価格は、Steam のストアのページに表示されます。

商品代金以外の必要料金

ダウンロードや通信にかかる通信料は、お客様のご負担となります。

支払い方法

各ストア（App Store・Google Play・Steam）が定める支払い方法です（クレジットカード、キャリア決済など）。

支払い時期

購入の手続きが完了したときに、各ストアから請求されます。

商品を使える時期

決済が完了したら、すぐに使えます。

返品・キャンセル

デジタルの商品の性質上、購入したあとの返品・キャンセルはお受けできません。返金は、各ストアの決まりに従って、各ストアが行います。本アプリから直接、返金の手続きをすることはできません。

The following notice is given for in-app purchases in the game "Spellfuse" (the "App") under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and its enforcement regulations.

Price

The amount shown on each product's purchase screen (including consumption tax). Prices on the App Store and Google Play:

  • Full Game (unlocks floors 2 to 5): 700 yen
  • Unlock the whole codex (all codex data): 500 yen

Both are one-time purchases with no monthly fee. They are separate products; buying one does not include the other. Prices outside Japan follow each store's price tiers and are shown on the purchase screen. Steam prices (the game and its DLC) are shown on the Steam store page.

Additional fees

Data charges for downloading and connecting are paid by the customer.

Payment method

The payment methods offered by each store (App Store, Google Play, Steam), such as credit cards and carrier billing.

Time of payment

Charged by the store when the purchase is completed.

Delivery

Available immediately after payment is completed.

Returns and cancellations

Because these are digital products, purchases cannot be returned or cancelled. Refunds are handled by each store under its own rules; the App cannot process refunds directly.
